Ética Científica
1. General Principles
The Revista InovaEducaTech is committed to promoting ethics at all stages of publication, ensuring that published articles reflect high standards of scientific quality, academic integrity, and relevance to the community.
These policies apply to editors, authors, reviewers, and readers, covering aspects of authorship, peer review, data disclosure, originality, and ethical responsibility.

2. Ethical Guidelines for Authors
2.1. Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must be original and not previously published in another journal or medium.
Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will lead to immediate rejection.
All manuscripts will be subjected to similarity detection tools.
2.2. Authorship Responsibility
Only those who have significantly contributed to the conception, execution, or analysis of the research should be listed as authors.
The contribution of each author must be explicitly stated in the manuscript.
Including authors without substantial contribution or excluding relevant authors will be considered misconduct.
2.3. Source Acknowledgment
All relevant sources and influences must be properly cited.
Data, figures, or ideas from other authors must be referenced according to the journal's citation guidelines.
2.4. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any potential financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretations.
2.5. Ethical Compliance
Research involving humans or animals must include ethical approval by a competent committee.
Studies with human subjects must ensure privacy protection and informed consent.
3. Ethical Guidelines for Reviewers
3.1. Confidentiality
Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents and should not be shared or discussed with third parties without permission.
3.2. Objectivity
Reviews must be objective, constructive, and based on academic criteria, free from personal biases or prejudice.
3.3. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Reviewers must decline to review if there is a conflict of interest with the authors, institutions, or manuscript content.
4. Ethical Guidelines for Editors
4.1. Publication Decision
The editor-in-chief holds the final responsibility for deciding which manuscripts will be published, based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance.
4.2. Confidentiality
Editors and editorial team members must not disclose information about manuscripts to anyone outside the publication process.
4.3. Conflicts of Interest
Editors must refrain from handling manuscripts in which they have any conflicts of interest.
4.4. Retractions and Corrections
When significant errors or misconduct are identified after publication, the journal will issue retractions or corrections in a clear and transparent manner.
5. Scientific Misconduct
The journal has a zero-tolerance policy for the following practices:

Revista InovaEducaTech adopts an open-access policy, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to the public, promoting the free exchange of knowledge.
6.2. Publication License
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing use, distribution, and reproduction provided that the original work is properly cited.
6.3. Open Data
Whenever possible, authors should make primary data and supplementary materials available in public repositories or as article attachments, promoting transparency and replicability of research.
7. Retractions and Corrections
7.1. Retraction Criteria
The journal will publish retractions when:

7.2. Post-Publication Corrections
Minor unintentional errors that do not compromise results may be corrected via errata, properly identified.
