Pedagogical Intentionality and the Prohibition of Cell Phone Use in Brazilian Schools

This article analyzes the relationship between pedagogical intentionality and the recent ban on the use of cell phones in Brazilian schools, established by Law No. 15,100/2025. The article discusses the importance of teacher planning in the use of educational technologies and the challenges faced in implementing this law. The research is based on a bibliographic review and analysis of international experiences, aiming to understand the pedagogical and practical implications of restricting the use of mobile devices in the school environment.
